Clean Energy Victory Bond Act of 2025

This bill would require the U.S. Treasury to offer a new kind of government bond called “Clean Energy Victory Bonds”. It also creates a “Clean Energy Victory Bonds Trust Fund” to handle the money connected to these bonds (listed as Sec. 9512).
