SEC. 1. Short title

• This Act may be cited as the Community Wood Facilities Assistance Act of 2025.

SEC. 2. Community Wood Facilities Grant Program

• Section 9013 of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 () is amended— 7 U.S.C. 8113
  • in the section heading, by striking and inserting ;
  • in subsection (a)—
    • in paragraph (1)(A)(iii), in the matter preceding subclause (I), by striking woody biomass, includingand inserting primarily forest biomass, including processing or manufacturing; and
    • in paragraph (4), by striking Energy and Wood Innovationand inserting Facilities Grant;
  • in subsection (b), by striking Energy and Wood Innovationand inserting Facilities Grant;
  • in subsection (c)—
    • in paragraph (1), by striking and inserting ;
    • by striking paragraph (2); and
    • by redesignating paragraph (3) as paragraph (2);
  • in subsection (d), in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking exceed—and all that follows through and inserting inserting,500,000.;
  • in subsection (e)—
    • by striking paragraph (1);
    • by redesignating paragraphs (2) through (8) as paragraphs (1) through (7), respectively; and

  • in subsection (h), by striking 5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023and inserting $50,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030.

SEC. 3. Wood Innovations Grant Program

• Section 8643 of the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 () is amended— 7 U.S.C. 7655d
