SEC. 1. Short title
- This Act may be cited as the CTE Student Mental Health and Wellness Act.
SEC. 2. Mental health and substance use disorder services for students in higher education
- Section 520E–2 of the Public Health Service Act () is amended— 42 U.S.C. 290bb–36b
- in subsections (a) through (f)—
- by striking each place it appears and inserting
a covered institution; - by striking each place it appears and inserting
