• This Act may be cited as the Deliver Housing Now Act of 2025.

SEC. 2. Removal of limit on number of public housing agencies that may be added to moving to work demonstration program

• Section 204(b) of the Omnibus Consolidated Rescissions and Appropriations Act of 1996 ( note) is amended by striking up to 30and inserting not less than 15. 42 U.S.C. 1437f
