SEC. 1. Short title

• This Act may be cited as the Dennis and Lois Krisfalusy Act.

SEC. 2. Expansion of eligibility for Department of Veterans Affairs headstones, markers, and burial receptacles for certain individuals

• Section 2306(b)(2) of title 38, United States Code, is amended in subparagraphs (B) and (C) by striking each place it appears.
