Disarming Felons Act

This bill would change federal gun laws so that some adults cannot buy or have a gun if, when they were 15 to 17 years old, they committed an act that would have been a felony if done by an adult. It adds this group to the list of people that gun sellers cannot sell or give guns to, and to the list of people who are not allowed to possess guns under federal law. The bill’s short title is the Disarming Felons Act.
