• This Act may be cited as the Dual Loyalty Disclosure Act.

SEC. 2. Contents of statement of candidacy

• (a) In general
  • Section 302(e)(1) of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 () is amended by inserting after . 52 U.S.C. 30102(e)(1)
• (b) Effective date
  • The amendment made by this section shall take effect on the date of the enactment of this Act.
