This measure assigns House members to specific committees so those committees can start their work. It names members to the Committees on Agriculture; Foreign Affairs; Natural Resources; and Science, Space, and Technology . It does not change any laws or programs; it simply sets who will handle hearings, write bills, and conduct oversight in these subject areas for this session of Congress .
