• This Act may be cited as the Ending Presidential Overreach on Public Lands Act.

SEC. 2. National monuments

• Section 320301 of title 54, United States Code (commonly referred to as the ), is amended to read as follows: Antiquities Act
  • The establishment or extension of a national monument may be undertaken only by express authorization of Congress.
