• This Act may be cited as the Ensuring Continuity in Veterans Health Act.

SEC. 2. Consideration of continuity of health care under Veterans Community Care Program

• Section 1703(d)(2) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new subparagraph:
  • Continuity of care.
