SEC. 1. Short title
- This Act may be cited as the Expedited Removal Expansion Act of 2025.
SEC. 2. Inspection of aliens for admission
- Section 235(b)(1) of the Immigration and Nationality Act () is amended— 8 U.S.C. 1225(b)(1)
- in subparagraph (A)—
- in clause (i)—
- (i) by striking ; and
- (ii) by striking
section 212(a)(6)(C) or 212(a)(7)and insertingparagraph (6) or (7) of section 212(a);
- in clause (ii)—
- (i) by striking ; and
- (ii) by striking
section 212(a)(6)(C) or 212(a)(7)and insertingparagraph (6) or (7) of section 212(a); and
- by amending clause (iii) to read as follows:
- (iii) The Secretary of Homeland Security may apply clauses (i) and (ii) to any alien who is inadmissible under paragraph (6) or (7) of section 212(a), without limitation. Such application shall be in the sole and unreviewable discretion of the Secretary and may be modified by the Secretary at any time.
