• This Act may be cited as the Extreme Heat Emergency Act of 2025.

SEC. 2. Definition of major disaster

• Section 102(2) of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act () is amended by inserting before . 42 U.S.C. 5122(2)

SEC. 3. No additional funds

• No additional funds are authorized to be appropriated for the purpose of carrying out this Act.
