SEC. 1. Short title
- This Act may be cited as the Fairness for Victims of SNAP Skimming Act of 2025.
SEC. 2. Replacement of stolen EBT benefits
- Section 501(b)(2) of division HH of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023 () is amended— 7 U.S.C. 2016a(b)(2)
- shall be equal to the amount of benefits stolen from the household; and
- by striking subparagraph (A) and inserting the following:
- in subparagraph (B), by striking at the end;
and - by striking subparagraph (C).
