• This Act may be cited as the or the .

SEC. 2. Prohibition on training and education at Federal service academies regarding critical race theory, diversity, equity, and inclusion

• No Federal funds may be obligated or expended to establish a curriculum, or to provide training or education based on critical race theory, diversity, equity, and inclusion at any of the following institutions:
  • The United States Military Academy.
  • The United States Naval Academy.
  • The United States Air Force Academy.
  • The United States Coast Guard Academy.
  • The United States Merchant Marine Academy.
