SEC. 1. Short title
- This Act may be cited as the or the .
SEC. 2. Temporary pause of adverse effect wage rate calculation
- During the period beginning on the date of enactment of this Act, and ending on the date that is 2 years after such date, the Secretary of Labor is authorized to retain the adverse effect wage rate required to be paid under section 655.1308 of title 20, Code of Federal Regulations, to nonimmigrants admitted under section 101(a)(15)(H)(ii)(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (), that was in effect on the date of enactment of this Act, if the Secretary determines that there is not a valid method to calculate such rate. 8 U.S.C. 1101(a)(15)(H)(ii)(a)
