SEC. 1. Short title
- This Act may be cited as the Federal-State Partnership for Clean Water Act of 2025.
SEC. 2. Wetlands program development and implementation grants
- Section 104(u) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act () is amended— 33 U.S.C. 1254(u)
- by striking
$75,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2022 through 2026and inserting$300,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030; and - by inserting before the period at the end.

SEC. 3. State management assistance
- (a) Authorization of appropriations
- Section 106(a) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act () is amended— 33 U.S.C. 1256(a)
- by striking at the end of paragraph (1);
and- such sums as may be necessary for each of fiscal years 1991 through 2025; and
- $500,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030;
- by inserting after paragraph (2) the following:
