SEC. 1. Short title
- This Act may be cited as the Freedom to Compete Act of 2025.
SEC. 2. Codification of Executive Order 14267
- Executive Order 14267 (90 Fed. Reg. 15629; relating to reducing anti-competitive regulatory barriers) shall have the force and effect of law.
