SEC. 1. Short title
- This Act may be cited as the Fulbright Teacher’s Loan Forgiveness Act.
SEC. 2. Repayment plan for public service employees
- Section 455(m) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 () is amended by adding at the end the following: 20 U.S.C. 1087e(m)
- (5) Fulbright eligibility
- For purposes of loan cancellation under this subsection, participation in a Fulbright Teacher Exchange Program or the Fulbright English Teaching Assistant Program shall be treated as employment in a public service job.
