SEC. 1. Short title

• This Act may be cited as the Healthy Food Financing Initiative Reauthorization Act of 2025.

SEC. 2. Reauthorization of Healthy Food Financing Initiative

• Section 243(d) of the Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 () is amended to read as follows: 7 U.S.C. 6953(d)
  • (d) Mandatory funding
    • Of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the Secretary shall use to carry out this section—
      • $25,000,000 for fiscal year 2026
      • $30,000,000 for fiscal year 2027;
      • $35,000,000 for fiscal year 2028;
      • $40,000,000 for fiscal year 2029; and
      • $50,000,000 for fiscal year 2030 and each fiscal year thereafter.
