• This Act may be cited as the Hudson River Protection Act.

SEC. 2. Anchorages

• Section 8437 of the William M. (Mac) Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 () is amended— Public Law 116–283
  • by striking subsections (d) and (e);
  • by redesignating subsection (c) as subsection (d); and
    • (c) Prohibition
      • The Commandant shall prohibit any vessel anchoring on the reach of the Hudson River described in subsection (a) unless such anchoring is within anchorage grounds established before January 1, 2021.
