SEC. 1. Short title
- This Act may be cited as the Integrating Social Workers Across Health Care Settings Act.
SEC. 2. Clinical social worker services defined
- (a) In general
- Section 1861(hh)(2) of the Social Security Act () is amended— 42 U.S.C. 1395x(hh)(2)
- by inserting before ; and
- by striking .
- Section 1861(hh)(2) of the Social Security Act () is amended— 42 U.S.C. 1395x(hh)(2)
- (b) Effective date
- The amendments made by subsection (a) shall apply with respect to services furnished on or after December 1, 2025.
