SEC. 1. Short title

• This Act may be cited as the Keep Seniors Fed Act.

SEC. 2. Amendment

• Section 5(d) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 () is amended— 7 U.S.C. 2014(d)
  • in paragraph (18) by striking and at the end,
  • in paragraph (19) by striking the period at the end and inserting , and
    • income received under title II of the Social Security Act.
  • by adding at the end the following:

SEC. 3. Effective date

• This Act and the amendments made by this Act shall take effect 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act.
