• (a) Covered products

  • (2) Conforming amendments
    • Section 321(6)(B) of the Energy Policy and Conservation Act () is amended by striking (15), (16), (17), and (20)and inserting (14), (15), (16), and (19). 42 U.S.C. 6291(6)(B)
    • Section 324 of the Energy Policy and Conservation Act () is amended— 42 U.S.C. 6294
      • (i) in subsection (a)(2)(C)(i), by striking 322(a)(19)and inserting 322(a)(18);
      • (ii) in subsection (b)(1)(B), by striking (13), and paragraphs (15) through (20)and inserting (19); and
      • (iii) in subsection (c)—

      • by striking productand inserting products; and
      • by striking (17), and (18)and inserting and (17); and

      • by striking subsection (i) and inserting the following:

  • (2) Conforming amendments
    • Section 323(b) of the Energy Policy and Conservation Act () is amended— 42 U.S.C. 6293(b)
      • (i) by striking paragraph (6); and
      • (ii) by redesignating paragraphs (7) through (18) as paragraphs (6) through (17), respectively.
    • Section 324(a)(2)(D) of the Energy Policy and Conservation Act () is amended— 42 U.S.C. 6294(a)(2)(D)
      • (i) in clause (i), in the second sentence, by striking Except as provided in clause (ii), such rulesand inserting Such rules;
      • (ii) by striking clause (ii);
      • (iii) by redesignating clause (iii) as clause (ii); and
      • (iv) in subclause (II) of clause (ii) (as so redesignated)—
      • in item (aa), by striking and inserting a period;
      • by striking item (bb); and
      • in the matter preceding item (aa), by striking shall—and all that follows through in item (aa) and inserting complete.
