- This Act may be cited as the Make America Healthy Again Act of 2025.
SEC. 2. Codification of Executive Order 14212
- Executive Order 14212 (90 Fed. Reg. 9833; relating to establishing the President’s Make America Healthy Again Commission) shall have the force and effect of law.
