SEC. 1. Short title
- This Act may be cited as the Make DOGE Permanent Act.
SEC. 2. Providing Members of Congress with expanded access to information on Federal awards
- (a) Expanded access to information for Members of Congress
- Section 2(b) of the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006 ( note) is amended by adding at the end the following: 31 U.S.C. 6101
- (5) Expanded access to information for Members of Congress
- (A) Real-time access to updated information
- The Director shall establish on the website a separate hyperlink which will be accessible solely to Members of Congress through which Members of Congress may obtain real-time access to updated versions of the information contained on the website.
- (B) Inclusion of information on payments made to individual recipients and Federal employees
- Notwithstanding subsection (a)(2)(C), for purposes providing information to Members of Congress through the separate hyperlink established under subparagraph (A), the term shall include an individual recipient of Federal assistance and a Federal employee.

- Section 2(c)(4) of such Act is amended by striking the period at the end and inserting the following: .
- (c) Effective date
- The Director of the Office of Management and Budget shall establish the hyperlink required under section 2(b)(5) of the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006 ( note), as added by subsection (a), not later than 6 months after the date of the enactment of this Act. 31 U.S.C. 6101
