SEC. 1. Short title

• This Act may be cited as the Marianas Air Service Improvement Act.

SEC. 2. Exception for locations in Northern Mariana Islands

• Section 41731(c) of title 49, United States Code, is amended to read as follows:
  • (c) Exception for locations in Alaska, Hawaii, and Northern Mariana Islands
    • Subparagraphs (B), (C), and (D) of subsection (a)(1) shall not apply with respect to locations in the State of Alaska, the State of Hawaii, or the Northern Mariana Islands.
