SEC. 1. Short title

• This Act may be cited as the Medicare IVIG Access Enhancement Act of 2025.

SEC. 2. Expanding coverage of the in-home administration of intravenous immune globulin under the Medicare program

• (a) In general
  • Section 1861 of the Social Security Act () is amended— 42 U.S.C. 1395x
    • in subsection (s)(2)(Z), by inserting after ; and
    • in subsection (zz), by inserting after .
• (b) Authority for variance in payments
