• This Act may be cited as the National Museum of Pop Culture Act.

SEC. 2. Designation of national museum of pop culture in seattle, washington

• (a) Designation
  • The Museum of Pop Culture located in Seattle, Washington, is designated as the . National Museum of Pop Culture
• (b) Effect of designation
  • The National Museum of Pop Culture designated by subsection (a) is not a unit of the National Park System and the designation shall not be construed to require or permit Federal funds to be expended for any purpose related to the museum.
