• This Act may be cited as the NCUA Central Liquidity Facility Enhancements Act.

SEC. 2. Agent membership

• Section 304(b)(2) of the Federal Credit Union Act () is amended by striking all those credit unionsand inserting such credit unions as the Board may in its discretion determine. 12 U.S.C. 1795c(b)(2)
