• This Act may be cited as the No Appointments by Rogue Judges Act.

SEC. 2. Vacancies of United States Attorneys

• Section 546 of title 28, United States Code, is amended—
  • the expiration of the time limitations in section 3346.
  • by amending paragraph (2) of subsection (c) to read as follows:
  • by striking subsection (d).
