SEC. 1. Short title
- This Act may be cited as the No Citizenship for Alien Invaders Act of 2025.
SEC. 2. Ineligibility for naturalization
- Section 312 of the Immigration and Nationality Act () is amended by adding at the end the following: .
No alien who enters the United States unlawfully shall be eligible for naturalization, notwithstanding any other provision of the immigration laws.8 U.S.C. 1423
