SEC. 1. Short title
- This Act may be cited as the No Corporate Crooks Act.
SEC. 2. Restriction on service in the executive branch
- (a) Restriction
- (1) In general
- Any individual who served or was employed as a chief executive officer at an entity and was finally convicted of a covered crime shall be ineligible for appointment to a position in the executive branch.
- (2) Covered crime defined
- The term
covered crimemeans any of the following:- Bribery.
- Copyright infringement.
- Corruption.
- Cybercrime.
- Embezzlement.
- Fraud.
- Insider trading.
- Wage theft.
- Tax evasion.

- Any individual found in violation of this section shall be removed from service or employment in the executive branch.
