SEC. 1. Short title
- This Act may be cited as the No revolving doors in FMS Act of 2025.
SEC. 2. Foreign miltary sales
- Section 207(f) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by—
- redesignating paragraph (3) as paragraph (4); and
- (3) Foreign military sales
- Any person who—
- is a former State Department or Department of Defense employee and who participated in any program, project, or activity relating to foreign military sales authorized under chapter 2 of the Arms Export Control Act () at any time during the 3-year period ending on separation from Federal employment; and 22 U.S.C. 2761 et seq.
- knowingly makes, with the intent to influence any Federal determination authorized pursuant to such chapter, any communication to or appearance before any officer or employee of any Federal department or agency or Congress to influence such foreign military sales,
- shall be punished as provided in section 216 of this title.
- Any person who—
- (3) Foreign military sales
- inserting after paragraph (2) the following new paragraph:
- redesignating paragraph (3) as paragraph (4); and
