SEC. 1. Short title

• This Act may be cited as the No Vaccine Mandates in Higher Education Act.

SEC. 2. Prohibition on COVID–19 vaccine mandates in higher education

• (a) Prohibition
  • No Federal funds may be made available to any institution of higher education that requires its students or staff to receive a COVID–19 vaccine as a condition of enrollment or employment, or receiving any benefit, service, or contract.
• (b) Institution of higher education defined
  • In this Act, the term institution of higher education has the meaning given the term in section 102 of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (). 20 U.S.C. 1002
