Introduced on January 3, 2025 by Andrew S. Biggs
Referred to the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, and in addition to the Committee on House Administration, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
This proposal would stop the federal government from making or using COVID-19 “vaccine passports.” Federal agencies could not create or share a standard document that proves a person’s COVID-19 vaccination status, or share a U.S. citizen’s vaccination record or similar health information with others.
It would also bar anyone from being required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination to enter federal buildings, get federal services, or access congressional buildings or services.
