• This Act may be cited as the Northern Mariana Islands and American Samoa Criminal Justice Support Act.

SEC. 2. Definition of State

• Section 901(a)(2) of title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 () is amended by striking Northern Mariana Islandsand all that follows through and inserting Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.. 34 U.S.C. 10251(a)(2)
