SEC. 1. Short title

• This Act may be cited as the OCED Elimination Act.

SEC. 2. Abolishment of OCED

• The Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations within the Department of Energy is hereby abolished.

SEC. 3. Repeal of OCED provisions

• Section 41201 of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act () is repealed. 42 U.S.C. 18861
