SEC. 1. Short title

• This Act may be cited as the PFAS National Drinking Water Standard Act of 2025.

SEC. 2. Codification of national primary drinking water regulation for PFAS

• The final rule issued by the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency titled (89 Fed. Reg. 32532; April 26, 2024), as in effect on June 25, 2024, shall have the force and effect of law. PFAS National Primary Drinking Water Regulation
