• This Act may be cited as the Prior Approval Reform Act.

SEC. 2. Removing requirement for prior approval

• (a) Solicitations
  • Section 316(b)(4)(D) of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 () is amended by striking and all that follows and inserting a period. 52 U.S.C. 30118(b)(4)(D)
• (b) Effective Date
  • The amendment made by subsection (a) shall apply to solicitations made on or after January 1, 2025.
