This bill updates federal criminal law to cover child sexual abuse material made with artificial intelligence. It closes a loophole so someone can’t argue “no real child was involved” as a defense. It also updates the definition of “sexually explicit conduct” to clearly include AI‑generated or computer‑made depictions involving minors. If any part of the law is struck down by a court, the rest still stands (severability).
