• This Act may be cited as the or the .

SEC. 2. Required reporting for power reactor licensees that use decommissioning trust funds

• The Nuclear Regulatory Commission shall revise section 50.82 of title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, to require each power reactor licensee that uses a decommissioning trust fund to report to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission in each financial assurance status report of such licensee—
  • any earned interest of the decommissioning trust fund;
  • the projected annual rate of return of the decommissioning trust fund; and
  • a detailed list of expenditures made for decommissioning activities using withdrawals from the decommissioning trust fund.
