• Section 212(a) of the National Sea Grant College Program Act () is amended— 33 U.S.C. 1131(a)

    • by striking this titleand all that follows through and inserting (E); and
    • by striking for fiscal year 2025and inserting for each of fiscal years 2025 through 2031; and
  • in paragraph (2)—
    • in the paragraph heading, by striking ; and
