SEC. 2. Migrant Protection Protocols
- Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Secretary of Homeland Security shall implement the Migrant Protection Protocols in accordance with the memorandum of Secretary of Homeland Security Nielsen entitled , dated January 25, 2019.
