SEC. 2. Increased penalties related to intentional disclosure of nonconsensual intimate visual depictions

• Section 223(h) of the Communications Act of 1934 () is amended— 47 U.S.C. 223(h)
  • in paragraph (4)—
    • in subparagraph (A), by striking 2 yearsand inserting 5 years; and
    • in subparagraph (B), by striking 3 yearsand inserting 10 years; and
  • in paragraph (6)(B)—
    • in clause (i), by striking 18 monthsand inserting 3 years; and
    • in clause (ii), by striking 30 monthsand inserting 5 years.
