This bill, called the Return to Sender Act, cancels any money that was set aside but not yet committed under two parts (sections 70002 and 70003) of the Inflation Reduction Act. It also fully repeals those two sections. In simple terms, any leftover, unspent funds in those sections would be pulled back, and those parts of the law would no longer exist going forward.
