• This Act may be cited as the Safeguarding American Property Act of 2025.

SEC. 2. Detention of certain criminal aliens who commit certain property crimes

• Section 236(c) of the Immigration and Nationality Act () is amended— 8 U.S.C. 1226(c)
  • in paragraph (1)(E)(ii), by inserting before ; and
  • in paragraph (2), by striking and inserting .
