SEC. 2. Increased penalties for concealment, removal, or mutilation of government records for officers and employees of the Department of Justice and the intelligence community
- Section 2071 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:
- Whoever, being an officer or employee of the Department of Justice or of an agency or office of the intelligence community (as defined in section 3(4) of the National Security Act of 1947 (, commits an offense under this section, shall be imprisoned not less than 20 years or for life, fined under this title, or both. 50 U.S.C. 3003(4)
