SEC. 1. Short title
- This Act may be cited as the SNAP Benefits Fairness Act of 2025.
SEC. 2. Amendments
- Section 5(e)(6) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 () is amended— 7 U.S.C. 2014(e)(6)
- by striking subparagraph (B), and
- by redesignating subparagraphs (C) and (D) as subparagraphs (B) and (C), respectively.
SEC. 3. Effective date
- This Act and the amendments made by this Act shall take effect on January 1 that 1st occurs after the date of the enactment of this Act.
