SEC. 1. Short title

• This Act may be cited as the Special Diabetes Program for Indians Reauthorization Act of 2025.

SEC. 2. Extension of special diabetes program for Indians

• Section 330C(c)(2) of the Public Health Service Act () is amended— 42 U.S.C. 254c–3(c)(2)
  • in subparagraph (F), by striking and at the end;
  • in subparagraph (G), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and
  • by adding at the end the following:
    • $160,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030, to remain available until expended.
