• This Act may be cited as the or the . SAFE TRACKS Act

SEC. 2. Reports on highway-rail grade crossing safety

• Section 20167 of title 49, United States Code, is amended—
  • in subsection (a)—
    • in paragraph (4) by striking and at the end;
    • by redesignating paragraph (5) as paragraph (6); and
      • how the State will work with stakeholders, including railroads operating in and across the State, to reduce pedestrian fatalities, including suicides, along railroad right of way, in consultation with mental health and law enforcement agencies and entities; and
    • by inserting after paragraph (4) the following:
